While we don’t have access to users AdSense accounts directly there is a status you can check from within your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

From reviewing the details I noticed the following information:
adsense_account_status: graylisted
Unfortunately I can’t be sure why your AdSense account has been greylisted, however, you can reach out to the product experts at the AdSense Help Center. We’re limited to Site Kit support queries here in the plugin forums. Once you have an approved AdSense account and site you’ll then be able to successfully connect the plugin.
