I manage many clients account. When adding google kit on one of my customers website, I use my agency email admin account to connect analytics, search console and adsense. My clients added y my email as authorized admins. When I connect analytics and search console, the process asks which of all my clients account I wish to connect. I choose the client and all is fine and works. The problem is with Google adsense. It doesn’t recognize my email as admin and asks me to create a new account. I am added as admin with full rights in my clients adsense account. I cant add adsense because of this. How to fix this?

Hello @nomboo and thanks for opening a topic. Has the client followed these steps to add you to their account and have you accepted the invitation?

When trying to connect AdSense within Site Kit are you getting any recommended accounts or is it just asking you to create a new account?

Could you please provide your your Site Health information or you can use this form to share privately if preferred.

Hi Adam, thanks for your response. I submitted the site health through the form link you shared.

    In regards your question,

    1) yes, the client followed the correct steps
    2) When I try to connect Adsense, it finds my account but asks me to create a new account.

Create your AdSense account (This is a button)

Site Kit will place AdSense code on every page across your site. This means Google will automatically place ads for you in all the best places.

    My email..
Already use AdSense? Add info@nomboo.com as a user to an existing AdSense account.

Different from analytics or search console that prompted my a drop-box and asked me to choose which of my customers account to connect.

    Thanks

@nomboo no problem at all and thanks for the information. This is expected behaviour in the AdSense module when connecting you will only see the AdSense account for your account and not any account owned by someone else that you have admin permissions on.

In this case you could ask the main AdSense account holder to setup Site Kit and then connect the AdSense module, or they could add the AdSense code on that site manually, after adding that domain to the list of sites within their AdSense account which once done Site Kit will pick up when connecting the AdSense module.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
