WooPP doesn’t have any monthly subscription, it seems you’re talking about other plugins. The only ad is located on the top/right small area. I don’t think it’s correct to decrease this plugin rate to 1*. This plugin is totally free and you should expect some small ads in dashboard. All free plugins have those. The only thing I can say that you’re an ungrateful user. However I can remove those from your dashboard if you send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
