Are you looking for a way to add cost of goods to calculate/track profit? If so, you can use a plugin like below:

If this is not what you are referring to, could you please elaborate more on your goal?
For example, Amazon providing vendors to sell through site and amazon is taking commission on that.
Apart from this , Amazon buy and sell products through their site itself.
So , in this second case how the profit would be calculated? Commission is the profit of amazon.
In this case amazon commission is the difference between the selling price and product base price. You got the point?
I am using WCFM. But they don’t have option for setting like this.
For implementing this type of commission calculation, i have created a vendor in my company name and i am selling the products through that account. But commission calculation (difference between the selling price and product base price) not available here.

If the WCFM plugin doesn’t offer such a feature, you’d need to look into a custom solution to create a custom plugin that works with WCFM.
