I was able to replicate it on your site, though I wasn’t able to do so on my test site – it worked there correctly.
Are you using any mu-plugins/snippets for Forminator on this site by any chance?

I tried to create a work around in the meantime for most other private pages and to my surprise even the work around doesn’t work.
Work around malfunction:
To try and temporarily fix the issue until you find the bug I hid the Address box from the website (still there but hidden from view) and added a raw text box. To my surprise it still came up with a ‘something went wrong’ when clicking submit if you type the word United Kingdom or Zambia into the text box titled Travelling from where?. It works for United States or South Africa or misspelled words though. I’m sure there are issues with other country names, though I’m not going to try them all. Please help. This is materially affecting our business minute by minute.

We are not using any plugins that I’m aware of. Just forminator on wordpress.

Thank you for the update.
I tested your form https://hiddeniceland.is/essential-south-iceland-3-day/ using Chrome and selecting Zambia but I couldn’t replicate it, I also tested it on my lab site using Zambia and UK but both submissions worked.
Are you getting the issue on any specific browser or when you select any specific checkbox/radio other than the country field?
