Hello author and thank you for your work,
really useful plugin – especially feature displaying reviews beneath the post, or item, as such feature are missing most other plugins focusing on generating reviews for admin management but your plugins fits most common requirements.

To add suggestions there should be glyphicon library link include as those are not packed with WP nor there are such plugins, and it is necessary for Rich Reviews to work, actually for stars displaying.(at least was for me).
