    I don’t know if you know this, but in the US it is required to have Date of Birth on forms like this to prevent persons under the age of 13 being stored in any type of database. Is there an easy way to add this? Also, would be nice to have zipcode as well to know where they live.

    I would also be interested to know if this is possible.

    I see the plugin author has stated a few times in this forum that it isn’t, but it is listed as a feature.

    Would be very useful, even to the point of paying for the ability. Thanks.
