Is there any way of getting this plugin to work with the WordPress media uploader for thumbnails?

Currently I have to create two separate image files – one large image and one thumbnail image.

It would be great if I could just use the thumbnail setting in the WP media uploader.

Of course you can, you just need to upload the image first and then select its thumbnail via the media uploader 😉 I will reorder the image and thumbnail fields in next releases.
