You can try to modify the feed items display by using wprss_single_feed_output filter.

Hey, im using Add Shortcodes Actions And Filters and have added the filters but no change in the output unfortunately. any ideas, or steps i may be missing?

Did you just copy the sample filter from this documentation or have you tried to create your own, but it didn’t work for some reason?
