Adding a file. Not in sequence

    I added a new .pdf to the document folder. When I refreshed the page the new one. Until I clicked on the arrow above the date it did not show it, the most recent one.
    is this something that can be fixed? It looks like once you click it the latest document appears on top.

    I believe that is your website or browser cache issue.

    Please clear your cache and refresh the page again.
