    Hello team. Everything works except “add to cart” button. I have button on the cart page but when I click on button, gift product didn’t added to cart. How I can resolve this? Thanks.

    The issue is the same as first issue?
    – Check different theme (StoreFront) to see does a plugin work ?

    No, it is not the same. Now, in my custom theme plugin works(display on cart page) but “add to cart button” didn’t work. On other theme works but how can ut can work on my custom theme ? Why button is not working ?

    Like you can see, Im not able to add items to cart: no button “add to cart”.

    Check now with your user. Now you have button.

    1. Cart and Checkout -> must be two different pages
    – Giftable will not work on Checkout page only on CART page
    – Screenshot of Plugin Description on WP repo

    2. I’m still unable to open CART page (it is going to some TEST page), this isn’t normal behavior
    – Video: Cant access cart page

    3. Please make sure your theme files are from the latest version:
    – screenshot of status

    – Please do a clean install, then check your theme with DEFAULT PAGES (Cart, Checkout, Account…) from what we can see – somebody is doing it in WRONG way (you don’t need to copy ALL files from WooCommerce plugin, you need to copy only files you will be editing to your theme folder.
    – You need to have latest files from WooCommerce templates – not just to edit @version in the header of a file
    – A good way would be to have CHILD theme also, but that’s not required

    Hi @ivankg34, I edited WooCommerce Settings > Pages: I think I found a problem:
    – Looks like somebody is trying to skip CART page (inside CART page is CHECKOUT html/content?)
    – Giftable doesnt support checkout page , it will show itself only on CART page and will work only on Cart page

    – Your theme is missing CART template is missing (Screenshot)

    – Please fix your theme, and use a normal CART template (with custom styling) that is using AJAX, and our plugin will work without issues, Thanks.

    I fixed, thanks. In cart.php there is a problem. Now it’s working with cart and checkout on the same page.

    Hi, I am also having issues. I’ve installed the plugin and everything works great until you click the “add to cart” button. Nothing happens when you click it. How to resolve please?

    This is the website.

    I have set the minimum order value to be 2000 to avail of the free gift. Once you hit that value, the cart will reflect the notification and will ask you to add the gift to your cart, but that’s where nothing happens. Hope to hear from you soon.

    hi @thegreengrocermanila,
    1. Test without plugins
    2. Test with different theme (StoreFront)
    3. Please check this: CACHE shouldnt be enabled on CART, CHECKOUT pages
    – you need to look into DEBUG_LOG
