Hi,

Thanks for using CusRev.

The “add a review” button to show the review form doesn’t work could be affected by a third-party plugin or custom code on your site. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck this.

i check everything but i didnt get any conflict in plugins or theme and other confuse the shortcode is working normally https://mfrash.com/تقيمات-العملاء/

they are different. Can you please share the product page where the default WordPress theme is activated and other plugins are deactivated? You can test this on a staging or development site.

after deep search check codes and plugin i find conflict , it was wpml plugins
