Add “other” write in answer to multiple choice

Hello

I have added an extra box for “Other” in a questionnaire which was not one my answers.

At the bottom of the question you want to add Other…
Add the option “Other”
click “Show advance options »”

Comment Field
Add “Small Text Field” and tick “Required?” if needed

Then in the TEXT tab…
Text for comments: field enter “Other”
Make sure you also add “%USER_COMMENTS%” in the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text

This will create an Options response in your results.
