    That media URL verifies fine for me in test site. More than likely there is a firewall setup on your server blocking your server from accessing itself, or a mod_security module in the server blocking the request. It may also be that your web hosting is not resolving your own domain locally correctly. Quick check for that is to add 127.0.0.1 www.letstalktechshow.com to the server’s hosts file.

    Rule of thumb, you do not want to host media files on the same server as your web site, it will cause traffic issues and result in slow loading web pages when you release new podcast episodes.
