Okay, well I’ve typed in twentythirteen in the search & I’ve come up with unfamiliar themes which are only 3. I’d like to keep the theme that I have which is Hero, but the add media button still does not work? What’s next?
Link to your site with ALL plugins off and twentythirteen theme active. Until you do that, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Once I link my site, what other alternatives can I try? I’ve tried other media plugins, but none seem to allow my photos to post directly on the site. Please, I’m really desperate to get this to work. This is time sensitive. I’ve had no problems until my wp was updated.

Okay. Does this mean I need to UN-install & Re-install from the Godaddy site?
I’m in my FTP file manager, but I don’t see where I need to delete the wp includes & wp admins. I see the files, but how do you delete them? If I just n-install, do I still need to do this?
