Add Category Links?

    Im trying to figure out what the “Add Category Links” in the Dashboard Overal” menu does.. I thought it would give me the ability to add links to maps by adding addresses on the description of the category but so far no luck..anyone who could please explain what I’m doing wrong?

    Also what does the options below do?
    Category Link Separator
    Category Link Text
