Here is the screenshot of NextGEN Pro’s support page, Please explain to me how am I going to use that support system if I am working from a LOCAL machine.
All I want is to add VCS as the ONLY payment gateway to NextGen Pro. Please help?
@osalepito – Obviously we wouldn’t be able to access your “site” if needed but these forums are strictly for the support of plugins hosted on the WordPress Plugins repository.

How long do I have to wait to get help from NextGEN Pro’s support page. Does the support page really work?
@osalepito – Yes, the support page works … and we make every effort to respond to every request within our normal business hours.
If you have sent in a support request and not received a reply you may need to send in another one … in very rare cases the first may get improperly routed to the wrong folder and may not be seen as soon as can be expected.
