I sent them a question BEFORE I started this post but NO response. Do you have an email to the support team? I am a NextGEN PRO Member and this support issue is a big concern

Is it possible to submit a support request from a localhost machine.
From my PC I get the following error;
- The website field is required
- The hosting provider field is required
@osalepito – The form allows you to note those items as appropriate to the site you are reporting about … as its a “local” site it could be more difficult to troubleshoot so please include as much details about the environment and the problem as possible.
