Great plugin, just have a couple of small issues.

    There is a hidden input line that doe not have a label, <input name=”1361single_line_text_-1″ value=”1″ style=”display: none;” tabindex=”-1″ autocomplete=”off” type=”checkbox”>
It appears just below the form title.
The other issue is the ReCaptcha response field does not have a label and fails compliance checks.

  • Hey there, @mikemc2410 👋

Thanks for your feedback! The hidden input is not expected to be filled by a user and is only used internally. For that reason, no label is around.

Nice catch on reCaptcha field! We’re adding this to our list now and we’ll improve it in a future release.

Let us know if there’s anything else! 🙂

Hi, although the hidden field is only for internal use it still fails accessibility compliance checks, would you be able to label that field as well please.

Thanks, @mikemc2410! We’ll double-check this and see if we can wrap that input in a label for better compliance.

    Have a wonderful day! 🙂
