Access denied – Error 403

Hello,

My name is Joëlle Forestier and I am the owner of the website www.jo-well.com.

The website itself is online and publicly accessible, but I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the WP Admin area via Infomaniak.

After entering my WordPress username and password, I am automatically redirected to a Jetpack page asking me to confirm that I am the account owner by entering a verification code sent to my email address.

I do receive the email and I correctly enter the verification code. However, instead of being able to access my WordPress admin dashboard, I receive the following message:

“Access denied!

You do not have permission to access the requested object. It may be protected or unreadable by the server.

If you believe this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 403

I have been trying to log in for several days now and I keep getting the same error every time.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can access my WordPress admin area and make the necessary changes to my website.
