We are using two instances of this plugin on two different client websites. It works well enough, however there are quite a few bugs. So we put in a ticket over a week ago and haven’t heard anything. We are looking to move to another plugin before we have to renew. It’s a shame, because the plugin really is well thought out. But with service like this, we can’t chance losing a client when something blows up.
