thank you
I changed the labels and they still don’t appear as a response when choosing an incorrect answer.
If the user chooses a correct answer – he immediately sees a response, even before moving on to the next question.
If the user chooses a wrong answer – no feedback is seen.
I used a multiple choice question.
What am I missing for the response to a wrong answer to work?
thanks again
Hi @chagitkremer ,
I understand your concern regarding the issue with the quiz results not appearing as expected. To ensure the correct display of results for each question in real-time, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to QSM > Quizzes and Survey > Options tab > Display subtab.
- Under Progress Controls, make sure that Show the results of each question’s response in real-time is enabled.
- Click Save Changes.
If you have confirmed that this setting is enabled and the issue persists, could you kindly provide a screen recording showing your text tab setup while taking the quiz? This will greatly assist me and my team in diagnosing the problem. Additionally, please include the quiz URL in your response.
We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring that everything functions smoothly for you. If there’s anything more we can do or if you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
Sadiya
