• It always stays at 400 px wide whatever setting I change in the woocommerce setting display section.

The theme does not have any size settings and the developers assure that it has to be changed from WC setting only.

The result is that it is not changing the image size on the single product page.

Would you help in this issue/

    Regards,

  • Have you tried regenerating your thumbnails? If you’ve recently changed the settings, old images won’t have the new size automatically.

This plugin is great because it will actually delete the old size, and recreate the current images: Force Regenerate Thumbnails.

    Thanks for your reply.

I have previously installed https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as suggested by the developers of the theme, then also installed the plugin Force …, suggested by you, neither of them gave a working result.

I also updated the theme as suggested by the developers, but also did not work.

The result that it is still not working.

    Thanks for you help.

Fixed dimensions are controlled by WC settings yes, but the display size is 100% CSS. The images scale to fill the width.

Use the browser DOM inspector to see this.
