hi james, before that i tried with my websites in php7.4 version. and all are not working. it’s very likely that the problem is some conflict between the plugin and the php version. maybe you need to upgrade this plugin to be more compatible with php versions.
Thanks for sharing these further insights. Site Kit is compatible with 7.4, I have a few test sites using the same version. I suspect with your current hosting provider there may be particular extensions not active within your PHP 7.4 which are active in other versions.
As it’s not ideal to ask users to revert to PHP 7.3 I’ll check this further with the team and see what extensions are required. If you want to share a screenshot of the extensions active from your PHP environments I can also check from the same hosting provider to ensure you can use PHP 7.4.
