I have also a 404 error when viewing sitemap. I read something about rewrite rules. Can you tell what rewrite rules I must use on IIS web.config

URL rewriting doesn’t work the same on IIS as it does in Apache. I’d recommend getting a host that satisfies the official requirements. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
