What post types and/or taxonomies do you have registered? Possibly there’s conflict with queries going on, despite our best efforts to help avoid those cases. The plugin being active as a whole, after an initial install, shouldn’t be affecting anything like this.
Alternative possible solution, flush your permalinks by visiting that settings page and just hit save without editing the settings themselves

two years ago, I followed an Elaphorm training which led to the creation of the site http://www.felinesminervois.fr which worked perfectly two years. Since the last update of CPT UI, a display problem appears: no more special contents are displayed. (four different types of CPTypes)
Have o way to help me please ?

More often than not, it’s best to start your own support thread instead of jumping in someone else’s.
If this is anything on the frontend, then I’m hesitant to say it’s anything having to do with 1.5.6->1.5.7 upgrade. Nothing in that update should have affected existing content.
