No, the plugin will insert it for you if you set Enable Tracking to Single Domain on plugin’s options page
Well I’ve much further this time although it says zero for everything – I assume this because it hasn’t been running and therefore can’t track users yet… and the Visit by Country and traffic overview tabs are listed but there is no visual. Clicking on the words brings up a little hand grabber but nothing happens.
My site www.pingnuts.com/ also met such an annoying issue… and I do not know how to fix it.
I also have this problem on two websites and the plugin was running fine before. Seems like the plugin needs to have an update to deal with something changing at the GA side?
Although we did remove authentication / clear cache and get it working yesterday…today the same problem is back again!
What problem? Tell me the exact error
Same error that happened to many of us yesterday which was fixed per above but now is back again.
Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/~all/webproperties/~all/profiles?key=AIzaSyBG7LlUoHc29ZeC_dsShVaBEX15SfRl_WY: (403) Daily Limit Exceeded
RETURN OF THIS ERROR
“There was an Analytics API service error 403: Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/%7Eall/webproperties: (403) Daily Limit Exceeded”
I installed Google Analyticator a day or so ago and it worked. Today I backed up the site, then upgraded to WordPress 3.6.
Site name is http://www.burkeandwills150.info. I can see the stats for the site OK if I go into Google Analytics, but the Dashboard widget produces the above error.
The daily limit is exceeded, I will ask Google TM to increase it, it will automatically reset at 00:00 PST, this means in less than an hour.
