2RRR Fork Add/Edit form suddenly breaks

    Hi — I’ve uploaded the 2RRR fork thanks to professor99, and I was really pleased with the added features (requiring excerpts and such).

    Unfortunately, after a couple hours, the posting forms inexplicably broke — see screenshot here.

    I removed any recent code changes that I had done, and deactivated all plugins, but the same result occurred. I reverted to the original 1.1 plugin and the form was fixed. Hoping for the best, I uninstalled the 1.1 version and re-installed the update — same thing. No idea why.

    Thoughts?

    Looks like you changed the theme or the theme styling.

    In your screenshot all Frontend elements are there but some buttons have lost their styling and the category list as also lost it’s styling. Each li item has also got a bullet.

    Try changing your theme back to 2012 to see if the theme is indeed the cause of your problem.

    I tried 2012, and I even tried the plugin in a separate install of WordPress — still the same. On my production site, I hadn’t made any changes at all when the break occured.

    Very very strange that it worked for a few hours and then broke.

    Something obviously changed but the question is what? Did it look like any of my screenshots (see development thread) before it broke?

    Any chance of a link to the page with a subscriber (or better still admin) login? This will tell me what is overriding the CSS. Email these to me at abruinATihugDOTcomDOTau.
