    So i understand that only pro version is allowed to receive message when operator is offline, right?

    My questions.
    1. Can Operator send message to user when they are offline? (maybe with email notification?)

    2. Can operator add more people into chat? Meaning have 3 way chat? (or more like conference) i’m looking for solution for 3 way chat. 1 operator and 2 users.

    Yes, you are right, offline messages can be received only with the premium version. Then, for the other requests you made, I’m sorry but at the moment none of them is included in the plugin.

    Gotcha, so I was trying to make this work through firebird or that thing, and I wasn’t able to turn it on?

    Meaning I got the URL and secret code and put it in there but firebird still says it’s under ‘development only’. what do I do to activate it?

    documentation on your site only talks about installing and activating plugin.

    The other question is can you control which page chat with us bubble pops up? Or is it all or nothing deal?

    Also, can you choose chat bubble to NOT SHOW if no one is avaialble?

    Hi bulevold!

    For what concerns Firebase, it might be that their platform is having temporary problems. For what concerns the two features you required: at the moment the chat popup appears on all pages, both in the free and in the premium version, and no option is available to make it appear only on specific pages. However, we are implementing an option that allows you to hide the popup if there are no operators available.
