    Hi there.

    I hired a developer to get my Google Product Feeds going, but I was not aware he was going to install your plugin. I have over 500 products and have Woocommerce on my website.

    1. How do I check and see if he actually did what I paid him to do, which was get my feeds going and listed?

    2. Because I have Woocommerce and am I required to buy your plugin to get things to work correctly?

    3. You have a very annoying banner on the dashboard to upgrade to your product that I cannot figure out how to remove. Most plugins have the courtesy of having an “x” to close the box or what not, but yours stays up no matter what. Feels very pushy and doesn’t make me eager to buy your product. How is this removed?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Let me try answering your questions:

    • Our plugin creates the product feed, installing it and configuring a basic feed takes less than 15 minutes. Lots of settings can be tweaked and tuned and in most cases this is needed in order to get your products approved in Google’s merchant center. I can’t judge what it is your developer did and if its worthwhile the pay;
    • No, most features are free only when you need support for things like WPML or a currency switcher you need the paid version of our plugin;
    • Just click any link in it and it should be gone;

    Hope this answers your questions?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Very good on the 3rd point. It worked and thank you.

    So you are saying I do need the paid version of the plugin since I have Woocommerce?

    That’s what I’m not clear on.

    And, if I do decide to purchase the plugin, can you help see if the developer did things correctly and help me with getting the settings correct?

    Hi,

    I am saying you only need the paid version of our plugin when you are in need of some very specific requirements such as WPML and currency switcher support. When you do not need those you’re probably fine with the free version.

    According to WordPress guidelines we are not allowed to discuss the paid version of our plugin on the public WordPress forum so in case you have additional questions on it please send those to support@adtribes.io where we would be happy to answer all your questions.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic now for housekeeping reasons.

    Don’t hesitate to reach out to us whenever you need our help again.
