10.9. crash / error with woo

Hi support
since this morning, after updateing to 10.9. my website crashes. No chance to have woo and jetpack 10.9. sametime runing. I deactived every plugin one by one. When Woo is activated, there is no chance to activated 10.9. from jetpack. This crush the entire page:
