# being add in the URL
-
Hi !
I just install your plugin, and activate the free 7-day of Premium version to test it on a new website I’m working for.
It looks like I’ve already got a problem.
First, I tried using [login] on a page of my website. It does work, but when I click on “connexion” (after putting my name and password), the page doesn’t recharge itself BUT a # is added to the address of the page. I need to F5 to recharge the page and have myself connected.
So, I tried using the login-logout switch instead, and here, same problem as before. It add that weird # and I need to F5 to switch from login to logout.
I finally tried using the “redirect” attribute, with my homepage link, just to see what happened. The redirection does work, but again, it add a # at the end of the address, whatever I do.
I read all the documentation, watched all the Youtube video and read a lot of topics here, but doesn’t seem to find any solution.
If that can help, I work on a blank theme, with Visual Composer plugin. I didn’t add any CSS/JS yet, and haven’t make anything on the different page that could interact with your plugin (only plain text).
How can I get rid of that disturbing # ?
Why do I need to recharge the login/logout page manually ? I think its logical that when you’re login, you automatically have the logout button, and the reverse ?Thank you in advance for your help.
