    Hi:

    I updated the wordpress-popup plugin to your last version Hustle. It looks amazing but, it doesnt work for me. I tried all options from the menu, a lots of Browsers, I delete all my old popups and create it agains, uninstall the plugin and install again even I copy the shortcode and I inserted it in some pages (I think that its only for a external site, but I not sure)… nothing works. Easily, the popup not appears.

    My website is victormdelpozo.es

    Whats is wrong for me?

    Hello @mrsmile1983

    Hope you’re doing well!

    Please make sure that the Custom Content/Opt-ins are activated. Navigate to Hustle > Custom Content and enable created PopUps. Please see the screenshot:

    If Custom Content item is enabled, edit it and navigate to Display Settings, make sure that Pop Up or Slide In are enabled:

    It’s somehow not possible to “save” enabling of Custom Content. You can use the switch but on next page load it’s switched off again.

    Hi and thanks for you quickly answer.

    Of course I have enabled all of what you said. Is it necessary to use the short code? Now I dont use it but previously I tried to copy and paste in a some Page of my website.

    Hello @mrsmile1983,

    Would you please enable debugging by adding the following to wp-config.php file?

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Make sure that you insert this line BEFORE /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    Visit the pages where the Custom Content should appear, this way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Please upload the debug.log to a sharing service so we could check it out.

    Solved! I tried to activate the one second trigger delayed and it’s worked for me.
