• Hi,

Is it possible to added in <br /> tag or <p> tag in email confirmation content?

THat is: Confirmation email Message and Reminder email Message as content is appearing as one bock in emails not as separate paragraphs.

    Many thanks

    Hello wood1e,

That is strange – I tested now sending emails and even without the html tags email respect line breaks in message. That’s a screenshot from my email http://take.ms/bQKQv – it doesn’t look like that for you?
What email client are you using?

Only Appointments+ in Pro version has add-on for supporting HTML in emails.

Maybe try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/html-email-customizer/ ? It should allow you to send emails with html.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

Hello @wood1e , I trust you are doing well today!

The screenshot that my colleague Kasia posted is from Gmail. And here is mine from Outlook:

Can you replicate the same when all other plugins are deactivated to make sure that this is not caused by a conflict with another plugin?

Deactivate all other plugins and test how the confirmation email looks. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
