php7 ready?

    As far as I know it should work just fine in PHP7, I just installed PHP7 on my local testbed this weekend. Additionally, PHP7 is part of the travis.ci test matrix for this plugin: https://travis-ci.org/mtekk/Breadcrumb-NavXT

    However, if you find any issues that appear to be PHP7 related, please let me know.

    and yes I will let you know, if I find some issues.

    Not the next day or week, because we plan to switch to another server and this is always a long way 🙂
