I have deactivated Jetpack and activated it again on staskulesh.com and noticed that the statistics and most importantly the subscribers list have gone.

I am aware of the different ID issue that sometimes occurs after migration from dev to live WP setups. I think this is what happened some time ago when I started using Email Subscription JP module.

Long story short: for some now staskulesh.com is associated with old ID, it displays old stats, then several month gap (another ID has been used), then new stats. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4s11ur4z3g2n88z/Stats.png I had approx. 260+ subscribers ‘attached’ to Jun-Oct ID.

Is there a way to merge these two? Or at least to transfer subscribers from one ID to another?

You were right; there was what we call an “ID crisis” on your site; some of your stats were attached to an old domain of yours, slibot.com/staskulesh/

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get all your Stats and Subscribers back under the proper ID by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Hello Jeremy,

Many thanks for your reply. I can see the stats have come back, that is awesome, but the subscribers are still showing 0. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ky7cagwzqevfmyw/subscribers.png

It should be something around 280-300 I would assume.

    Jeremy Herve,

Hi, I’m having the same issue as I have just moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

I could not see where else to get hold of you to ask for help. So, please help!

@staskulesh Your site is still associated to the wrong Site ID. Could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnect then reconnect to WordPress.com?

@jadewp Could you contact us via this contact form, and let us know the URLs of both sites so we can help you transfer your subscribers?

    Thanks!

The link to the contact form does not work I’m afraid…
