@hana.ladorn – the plugin will return the “Empty” error when the user query does not find any users to export – this usually happens when you select a restrictive date range – for example the previous month or two – did you change other settings?
Please also try to revert to the default theme and deactivate any other plugin and test again.

I’m having the issue where the page loads white and I never get an export — sometimes I get this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/content/94/11817394/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1234
Most of the time however, it is just a blank white page.
Any ideas?
@taxgirlsrh – I think that you need to turn on wp_debugging ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress ) and check your log file for error – the most reasonable explanation is that you’ve exhausted the RAM allocated to you – are you using a shared hosting?
If that is the case, you’ll need to speak to your host about increasing your available memory.
