• Hi and thank you for a great and easy to set up plug-in!

    I use the built in functionality to add “topics” by seperating them with ||, but are there any plans to include i.e. “Departments”?
    When registering a new ticket, it would be awsome if the user could choose the department or unit or whatever you choose to call it, and an email would be generated to an account connected to that spesific unit.

    This would make the solution more flexible as those who can handle the issue would get an email directly instead of all mails going to one person only.

    If the person who receive the email/ticket, could assign the task to others with the same capability, I would be a devoted fan for life! 😀

    I can definitely custom code these for you. My plate is super full at the moment, but I can bump you near the top of my todo list if we can work out a fair price.
