[Plugin: Custom sidebars] {Plugin: Custom Sidebar} Default sidebar problem

When selecting the ‘default sidebar for posts’, not all categories appear on the right hand side. I have a total of 8 categories but only 7 appear? Therefore not allowing me to replace all post sidebars in a certain category. Is this normal?
