can’t save changes or preview after last update

I have a form that’s been working well until the last update. No changes can be saved. Preview doesn’t work either. I can’t do anything to that form now.

Hope you are doing well today.

This kind of issue is usually related to a firewall that is blocking the plugin requests. Can you please check your browser console logs while on the Formaintor page and having issues saving the form?

It should show what is happening in the background, please share a screenshot of any errors, you can use a third-party free storage like Google Drive to share the information.

Was having same issue with clients using the Safari browser only. Works fine in Chromium browsers and Firefox. Changes to draft are not saved when revisiting a draft ID link and adding more content then saving. It turned out to be memcaching on the host level that was only causing this issue in Safari. Chromium and Firefox for some reason circumvents the caching issue.
