    Hello,

    When exporting the attendee details the custom fields are not exporting from Tickets > Attendees > click the Export button which creates the All-event-attendees.csv. When I click on an attendee in Tickets > Attendees the custom fields show in the popup so they are being saved but we really need to export these.

    Looking at your help files it says this is also possible by going into the event, clicking View Attendees but when we do this no attendees are showing at all for the event so there is nothing to export.

    For each of the ticket settings we have ‘No Individual Attendee Collection’ selected would that make a difference?

    Please can you let us know how we can export the attendee custom field data as this is important?

    1. PHP – 8.2.29
    2. WordPress – 6.9
    3. The Events Calendar – 6.15.14 
    4. Not using pro
    5. Event Tickets – 5.27.3
    6. Event Tickets Plus (if using) – 6.9.0 – we are using WooCommerce for ecommerce
    7. Theme and Version – Avada 7.14.2
