Ticket count is not accurate

In the ticket overview that appears on the top of the attendees tab with my Chicago Blackhawks event, the number of tickets issued and tickets remaining is inconsistent with the number sold and the ticket cap set in the event settings. The ticket sales are capped at 61. The remaining ticket count appears to be short by 2. The tickets issued number is short by 4. When I download the attendees for this event, I have four more than the number showing in the overview tab. I am unable to upload a screenshot here.

These parts means that @tristan083 can’t support you here. You are a customer of theirs and customers cannot be supported on this site. They risk getting into real trouble here if they do.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
