Needed support for stripe webhook validation

    we were getting an error when trying to add the stripe signing secret to be able to accept stripe payments.

    when we added the signing secret, the save changes button would get disabled and being able to use stripe for payments would not work.

    we were advised to switch to the 2023 theme and try and it worked perfectly!

    once everything was saved, we switched the theme back to our original theme and all was good!

    great support, and quick!

    note: we thought we had submitted support on their site, but that seemed to not work, (we waiting over a week), but instead we used the chat function to get the ticket started, and things happened quickly after that!
