- Do you get any error messages through this process? For example when saving the current page as a template?
- Do you see any browser console errors while trying to save your pages as templates?

Hello, I’m a programmer, so I ended up doing some tests, I have several sites.
in the 1st and 2nd image the webstories is not working the model page.
On the 3rd it is working, with the clean installation.
I suspected it was the rank math plugin, but it’s not.
So I disabled wp-rocket, and it worked again, now I’m going to figure out how to configure wprocket correctly.
I couldn’t locate the problem, it’s not wp-rocket.
The only version that works is version 1.15.0
@nwillian thanks for your troubleshooting efforts. Can I just confirm that the latest Web Stories plugin version works for you on a fresh site with no other plugins installed?
If this does work then it sounds likely that this is a plugin or theme conflict as you may have thoughts previously. You could try using the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to help highlight any possible conflicts. To do this follow the steps below:
Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
- Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you still get the issue.
- Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
- Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
These steps will not affect what a user to your site will see while testing this. Let me know how you get on here and if you have any questions.
I used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
All plugins disabled.
Default theme active.
And Web Stories still have the same problem.

I’m trying to figure out why some sites work and others don’t.
@nwillian Are all the sites you mention that work and the ones that don’t work with the same hosting provider? If not then it is likely that their is some sort of hosting/server related issue in play here.
If that is the case I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can spot anything that could be blocking the Web Stories functions.
