    Hi there, my client wonderer to send email reminder to their customers after trial subscription end.

    Is it possible with your plugin or addon?

    Hello @mkbarraco,

    By default, users will receive an email warning them of pending expiration, and then one when their membership expires.

    Once an expiration expires, there are no automated emails sent by Paid Memberships Pro.

    Some website owners use a service like MailChimp to manage mailing to current members then move them to a list of “old members” to communicate with them.
