    When I try to create a new story or edit a existing one, the editor just shows loading and loading. I tried refreshing, opening again and clearing my browser cookies. This problem is after the latest update

    2. Can you see any console errors when you get this message on screen?
    3. Have you ever encountered this issue prior to updating your Web Stories plugin?

    Hi there,
    After submitting the form I did not get any response. The problem is till there and due to it I am loosing my time not able to create stories. I think Google should come up with a perfect product.

    I do not see anything obvious in the Site Health information that you provided, so I have a few follow-up questions for you to help us continue to troubleshoot. As the Web Stories plugin is just one small part of your WordPress setup, there are several possibilities for what is causing the problem here.

    Can you please answer the following?

    1. Can you see any console errors when you get this message on screen?
    2. Did you ever encounter this issue prior to updating Web Stories to v1.15.0?
    3. Have you tried using Web Stories in another browser, and does the problem occur there, as well?

    here are the answers of your recent questions.

    1} i dont see and console errors, please wait loading
    2} i did not experiance this error before, just got it after the latest update
    3} yes i have used different browser, and also other device, but still not solved.

    Thank you! In that case, it would be great if you could try using the following troubleshooting steps to see if there is a conflict with another plugin that could be causing this issue.

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin
    2. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins and click Troubleshoot to enable Troubleshooting Mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely; this will not affect what your site visitors see, as it only changes the look and feel of your website for logged-in administrators.
    3. On the Troubleshooting Mode page, under Web Stories, click Enable while troubleshooting
    4. Try going into the Web Stories editor and see if it is working instead of just showing as loading
    5. If the issue does not occur while in Troubleshooting Mode, re-enable your site’s plugins one-by-one by clicking Enable while Troubleshooting for each and checking the story again. This can help us pinpoint if a particular plugin or theme is causing the issue.

    Please let me know what you find either way and we’ll go from there.
