Can you please create a normal WordPress page and leave some comments and replies to the comments on that page for testing purposes? Then, please let me know URL of the page you created.

I’m not sure wether we can do that or not. How are you going to test if it’s not an editable page? Also, how do we do that? At the moment the comments are for a product, so they can only be seen under that specific product.

1. Pages is the basic concept in WordPress: https://wordpress.org/support/article/pages/. Do you have any technical person who looks after your website? They should be able to help you to create a page.
2. I don’t need to edit the page you create.
3. It is possible to leave comments for pages as well.
