i have tried the method but now a warning error page is showing

Inside which folder you deleted the file wp-includes or wp-content.
Please let me know, I think you deleted the wrong file.

first i have renamed the file as guided in your given link first i have visited to my hosting account then i opened my file manager inside wp-includes i found the file class-wp-object-cache.php first i have renamed it but nothing happens so i have deleted it but still nothing happens so i replace that file. at last time when i renamed the object php a error occurs in wp login page showing problem in cache php so i have tried to solve it there whatever unexpected error is showing there but at the last i was unable to solve the error so i again contacted to my host he said “I have managed to replace that file with a new version from installation package of WordPress as it appears you file cache.php was not complete causing the error.
Error is not listed on the website now.after that error is gone but the same updating database issue appears then i have checked the requirements for wordpress version 5.1 and according to its requirement i found in my hosting account that php is running in lower version so i update it according to wordpress requirement and asked to my host to check MYSQL Version and MariaDB version as i dont have any idea how to update that so he asked You are currently using the latest MySQL version. Please, clarify when the website was last operational so that we may attempt to restore it. i have informed him that this problem arises since thursday evening when i tried to re install the wordpress 5.1 please help me i very stressed about it.

In the mentioned tutorial, there is object file in wp-content not in wp-include folder. Please double check the tutorial.

You have to reach the Elementor team. Because it is primarily problem of elementor plugin not core wordpress issue.
Apart from that, you can try deactivating the plugin and then reactivate it. But the Elementor team will support you better.

i have contacted to elementor community through their facebook group elementor community i have posted my problem there and of one the community member has guided me to download a plugin called wp downgrade and to downgrade the last version of wordpress after downgrading he said to log out and wait for 30 mins then again to login and he also said that if after downgrade problem of elementor still persist we roll down the elementor version. is this safe i am concerned about my safety thats why i am asking to you is it safe? cuz i dont know him and he is just only a member of community not some one elementor staff.

Yes, it is safe. it just downgrades the WP version. But be sure after you check whether the problem occurs with previous version or not, reupdate the WordPress. Once you find it, ask them for help.

I have tried to download the wp downgrade plugin but it was asking for ftp credentials after filling the credentials its showing that failed to connect the server. Guys this update of wordpress is hillarious please help out more than a week ago i am facing issues with wordpress please solve it asap do something about this update it needs a lots of fixes
