Database update problem

please help me i am facing database update problem . this problem starts happening from yesterday. before that i was facing problem with elementor plugin after updating the new version of wordpress my elementor has stopped working even after deactivating the plugin and reinstalling ,it didn’t start working so i tried to re install the wordpress but when i clicked on re install word press a page is showing that update data base required when i clicked on update data base the it takes me to the next page which is showing that update complete continue, but when i clicked on continue it again redirects me to the data base update required and this happen again and again since yesterday please help my website is new which is motivationkamagic.com first time when i have update the wordpress my smush plugin stopped working and when and in next update my elementor has stopped working. i even asked my host for help but they said they are unable to help me in this matter
