Thank you for your help and time.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many thanks for sharing the additional information. I’ve created the following GitHub issue so we can keep track of this issue in order to get you connected:
https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/1869
While I’ll keep you informed with any updates it might be useful to know whether you’re able to get connected using the following steps, which temporarily deactivates other plugins and switches to a default WordPress theme (for you only, as a logged in user).
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
- Attempt to setup Site Kit once more
You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
